Welch Painting & Decorating is proud to be a successful third-generation interior and exterior painting business in Burlington, Ontario. Owner Keith started the business in Canada in 1973, and his son Tom joined the business in 1992. Keith’s father before him owned the business in England since 1944!

When Keith took over the business in England, he went above and beyond to showcase Welch’s determination and pride in their work, going door to door and giving free consultations and estimates. This was after the war, and several of the local homes and commercial businesses had been damaged.

Following six years of courses, the father and son team are fully certified in several techniques, and take great pride in their work.
